Shipping Information:

We’re excited to offer free shipping on all orders of $79 and over to the continental United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii)!  Each package  is hand-packed with love and care to ensure you receive the freshest and most delightful goodies. Thank you for being a part of our community!

Maisie Jane's California Sunshine Products are packaged with care and shipped using UPS or FedEx. During the checkout process, you will be given the UPS or Fed Ex shipping options to choose from. You will then be given a ‘real time’ shipping cost, at time of check out, which is calculated according to your orders total weight and your destination address. You can track your shipment from our farm to your door using the tracking number provided when your products are shipped. Please note that orders with alcohol ship with UPS ONLY.

Orders placed between Friday night and Sunday will be processed starting Monday morning when our shipping department resumes operations. Thank you for your understanding and support of our dedication to timely order fulfillment.

We are currently unable to ship to PO Boxes; please provide a physical street address for delivery.

SUMMER MONTHS CHOCOLATE & SHIPPING POLICY 

As all our chocolate-covered products require a maximum temperature of 65 degrees to maintain the highest quality, effective immediately for the duration of the warm weather months, the following policy will apply.

Please note: Certain state laws restrict the shipment of alcohol based on the alcohol content.

Alcohol add-ons are subject to a shipping charge of $4.00 per bottle.

Delivery of Alcohol

You must be 21 years of age or older to order, purchase or receive delivery of alcohol product. By ordering any alcohol product, you swear or affirm that: a) you are 21 years of age or older; b) your purchase of alcohol products is intended for personal consumption and not for resale; and c) the person receiving alcohol products is 21 years of age or older, and will provide proof of age with valid identification and signature upon delivery.

Alcohol gifts cannot be shipped to PO boxes, APO/FPO or International addresses.

To help expedite the delivery of your gift, the recipient’s phone number is needed to allow the carrier to notify the recipient prior to delivery.
